Does anyone know what I could get to make hearing on the phone at work easier? I have an amplifed receiver but it only makes things louder not clearer and I'm lost as to what options I can get. It's a multi-line phone and I have to use the company we go through AVAYA so I'm lost.  I don't get many calls but when I do it'd be good to hear clearly.
